DE C.V. with whom you enter into contracts or agreements.

Privacy Policy

This notice discloses how and why we collect personal and business information about our users, how we handle it, and with whom we share it. We respect the privacy of personal and business information and handle it securely. Our practices apply to our current and former users.

Provide logs of access to the checkpoints that make up our biometric equipment network.

Reliably and securely identify the representatives of the various commercial companies that come to the control checkpoints.

Provide other valuable information and reports for our clients.

We may also be required to collect and maintain certain information in order to meet certain legal and regulatory requirements. We will maintain this information even after the individual is removed from our system.

The Personal Information we collect from users on our biometric equipment network is obtained through our digital registration form which must be filled out exclusively by the authorized individual. This information may include, for example:

Name, address of individual and telephone number;

Social Security Number

RFC.

CURP

Date of Birth

Information about the checkpoints you plan to go to

Personal Information we Collect through third parties

We may also receive personal information about users of our biometric equipment network through third parties, such as:

Companies and Agents

Providers of our clients and affiliates

Other companies that provide services to our customers and associates;

Business partners (companies with whom we have arrangements to help us provide products and services to customers)

Information we collect through third parties may include, for example, eligibility in addition to personal data.

 

How We Protect Personal and Business Information

We use strict safeguards in our offices located at Santander 63 Col. Insurgentes Mixcoac in Mexico City to protect the personal information of those using our biometric equipment. These safeguards include how we store personal information in our workspaces and computers and how we transfer that information within our company and to our business partners. We only allow people who work for us or our business partners to view personal information when it is part of their job to provide products or services to our customers, partners and affiliates. These individuals are informed of our safeguards, privacy policies, and the law that protects privacy.
